Just In: No Movie releases from September 4 - TFPC 

Tamil Film Producer Council has issued a press statement after an emergency meeting held today. The council has called for a strike from September 4. No direct Tamil movie or other language movie will be released until the issues are sorted out. Also, the already running movies will also be taken off screens from September 11.

It is said that the Exhibitor association led by Pannerselvam has issued Red Card to Paayum Puli in Chengalpet territory, demanding Vendhar movies to clear Lingaa settlements before Paayum Puli release. Following this, Tamil Film Producer Council has called for a strike.

The release of Paayum Puli, Savale Samali and Yatchan will be postponed.
