The Tamil Nadu Film Producers' Council (TFPC) headed by N. Ramasamy aka Murali has announced that the long-pending feud between director Shankar and comedian Vadivelu has come to an end. In an official statement released by the TFPC it is said that the complaint that Shankar's S Pictures filed over Vadivelu in regards to the movie Imsai Arasan 24am Pulikesi has been sorted out and the parties involved have come to an amicable solution. 

Details of how the differences were resolved were not mentioned in the statement. To the unversed, comedian Vadivelu got into an ugly tiff with Imsai Arasan's director Chimbu Devan in 2017 resulting in the actor discontinuing from the sequel to hit movie Imasai Arasan 23am Pulikesi.

TFPC issued a red card for Vadivelu in September 2018 and the comedian has not appeared in any movies since then.
