THALAIVAA is Vijay and AL Vijay's Next

As Pongal gift for fan, the title of upcoming Ilayathalapathy Vijay and AL Vijay's was announced as "THALAIVAA". The title was earlier rumoured to be "Thalaivan". The overjoyed fans felt that the officially announced titled is less formal and more appealing and overall has better title value. 

About "Thalaivaa" 

Following the Super Hit Thuppakki, "Thalaivaa" is also set against the backdrop of Mumbai. The first schedule of shooting took place in Mumbai for about 60 days followed by second schedule to Chennai. Vijay is paired with Amala Paul. Produced by Chandraprakash Jain, Nirav Shah is behind the camera and GV Prakash Kumar composing the music. The movie is fast progressing and expected to release during mid-2013.
