Thupparivaalan opening weekend Box Office report

Thupparivaalan has grabbed its place in the best Tamil films of the year list. Over its first 4 days, people have thronged theaters all over TN and the film is also getting repeat audience. Mysskin and Vishal have a winner out of their first association. 

After 4 days, Thupparivaalan has grossed a good 10.35 CR in TN (1.56 CR in Chennai city) and will remain the first choice till the Pooja Holidays films arrive. It's a welcome relief for Vishal after Kaththi Sandai which was a completely forgettable outing for him. The makers also claim that the film is doing well in Kerala.
