Director Pradeep Krishnamoorthy's upcoming film Sathya recently achieved a milestone by crossing 1 million views on YouTube for its trailer. Touted to be an unusual crime thriller, Sathya features Sibi Raj and Ramya Nambeesan in the lead roles with Varalaxmi Sarathkumar playing a crucial role in it. The film which is the remake of 2016's Telugu hit Kshanam is gearing up for a release in August, 2017 with a music album release expected to happen before that. The movie has Simon K King for music, Arunmani Palani for cinematography and Goutham Ravichandran for the edits. The original story is written by Adivi Sesh and the film is produced under Naathambal Film Factory.
