Parimala & Co Review: Clueless Writing Derails a Promising Premise
Urvashi's silly humour is the only entertaining factor in the movie, anything else they have tried otherwise are only failed attempts in the name of comedy. Probably, the weakest flick from the proven filmmaker Pandiraaj.(more)

'Parimala and Co' movie review: Jayaram, Urvashi's trite comedy drama is hard to sit through
In life, sometimes, all that can go wrong will go wrong, and we are bound to think of Murphy. You might end up in a place where anything you touch turns for the worse, and this is precisely what happens to the Parimala family and Varghese - but I am also sad to report that this is what has happened to the Pandiraj-directed film as well.(more)

Parimala And Co Movie Review: Pandiraj's polish lifts a familiar comedy
The tone sits somewhere between light and faintly dark without settling on either. A bigger issue is how restless it all looks. George C. Williams' camerawork is clean and unfussy, but the cutting works against it, chopping straightforward scenes into needless jumps and forever nudging you to look here and then there for no real reason. The story, too, keeps circling back to the same house and the same question until it begins to feel thin.(more)

Think Thalaivan Thalaivii was a low bar? Director Pandiraaj proves us wrong with a hollow crime comedy that even Mysskin's impressive performance can't fully rescue.(more)

Parimala and Co Review - A Scattered Dark Comedy That Ran Out of Ideas After the Initial Burst
If we can call Blast the action version of Drishyam, Parimala and Co had the scope to be that dark humor version of Drishyam, something that Mohiniyattam managed to crack. Unfortunately, a scattered script that runs out of fresh ideas and resorts to a familiar template makes this Pandiraaj movie just another film with some scattered humor and wasted potential.(more)
