Sweet Watch!

Offers a rare yet a relatable core topic, such a lively flick that gets dull marks with its setup that has some admiring establishment scenes and great laugh value. The second half is decently made, but the emotional drama lacks impact.(more)

The Tamil film will definitely go down as one of the most charming movies of the year

The film gets the casting on point and every character shines with neat performances. It is Manikandan, whos so far sidelined to play character roles, that gets a major breakthrough with Good Night. Hes brilliant all the way and is ably supported by Ramesh Thilak, Meetha and Balaji Sakthivel in key roles. Good Night will definitely go down as one of the most charming films of the year.(more)

Manikandan's terrific performance will surely not let you 'snore'

Manikandan is terrific as Mohan. He makes you fall in love with him when he is silly and cute. He also makes you angry at him when he directs his emotions at his partner, Anu. Similarly, Meetha as the reserved Anu, who carries childhood trauma, is brilliant in the film. Ramesh Thilak and Raichel prove why they are seasoned performers as they depict roles of a couple, who are being scrutinised for not having a baby. Koysalya Natrajan and Balaji Shakthivels performances will remind you of your grandparents.(more)
