A gripping commercial entertainer!
Perfect casting as the contribution of both the stars are lovely. Has a masala flick treatment, yet the adaptation is smart with matured presentation and powered by topical music. Fiery first hour followed by a passable latter, however things get together so fluently and attract at the end� Make it a gripping commercial entertainer. (more)

Intense Action Drama
More than anything, what�s keeps the audience engaged are the powerful scenes between Rana and Pawan Kalyan. They are the heart of the film and eat up most of the screen time. The fights are also nicely choreographed and will be loved by the masses. (more)

Tailor-made for the big-screen experience.
The original had pretty much plain dialogue-writing, something that perfectly suited the Malayalam sensibilities. For the remake, Trivikram has penned one-liners that glorify Power Star's superstardom as much as they respect the spirit of the original story. The titular character is more a Gabbar Singh on the loose than a virtuous underdog. (more)

Curated for the Mass Mania
The writers have created a mass persona right from the first shot to Bheemla Nayak character and maintain the tempo consistently throughout. The director Saagar Chandra has succeeded in creating tension whenever Bheemla and Daniel meet. Screenplay written by Trivikram has pace and it doesn�t allow us to relax and ponder over it. (more)

Well-adapted, Neatly Done
Bheemla Nayak is a tighter version. Trivikram has done some nice changes to the original, like linking the flashback to the climax, giving a reason to Pawan's motives, and doing away with repetitive elements.(more)

Bheemla Nayak will give you a deep sense of satisfaction because of the performances and Thaman's music.
Overall, Bheemla Nayak has taken Ayyappanum Koshiyum and made the film its own. With powerful performances and a powerful screen presence, supported by a terrific Thaman's background score, the film entertains and engages you extremely well. The minor flaws here and there don't stay in your mind as you walk out of the theatre, and the film ends as a visual treat for both Pawan Kalyan fans, as well as the general audience. (more)

As good as Original
Pawan Kalyan is terrific as one of the fiercest characters he�s played on screen. He plays a character who suppresses his rage for the most part, but when he explodes, it�s engrossing to watch him own the transformation - Pawan Kalyan makes it look effortless.(more)
