A cop story well narrated will woo masses. Manohar, whose maiden venture was a Rom-com Masilamani, has gone an extra mile in Vellore Mavattam. The geographical locations are well-handled . The movie is crisp and sharp. Thanks to Manohar and Nandha, it is worth a watch.(more)
