Synopsis/Plot : The film revolves around the Nagesh Theatre, now occupied by a ghost. Aari plays a Real estate broker named Nagesh who is trying to sell the theatre, while heroine Ashna Zaveri plays a girl who sells books.

Technically, Naushad's cinematography and Srikanth Deva's rerecording (though a bit loud) go well with the theme of the film. However, song placement could have had some forethought.
