Enjoyable!

This romantic, feel-good film will make you think as the screenplay is written intelligently on the bitter-sweet nature of love. Both Jeeva and Sandhya are likable and do their best to make the film lively and absolutely convincing. The music of Vijay Antony is hummable. If the film was trimmed little bit in the second half, it would have been racier. On the whole, Dishyum is a welcome relief from the mindless action and heartless love stories that you see these days. (more)

Fighting for love.

All credit to Sasi for churning out the movie at a brisk pace accommodating all commercial elements. Though the movie begins on a slow note, it gathers momentum as it progresses. Music by Vijay Anthony and cinematography by Sentonio Dersio certainly add strength to the film. Dishyum is a feel-good movie for youngsters.(more)

Do watch this clean entertainer, the season's best!

This story is sure to be a turning point in Jeeva's career. His acting is impeccable and natural; his emoting, expressions, emotions expressed by looks, body-language – all are perfect. He is assisted by the dialogues which are crisp, racy, apt, and poetical at times. Sandhya has given a glamorous and neat performance. Music by Vijay Anthony and cinematography by Sentonio Dersio are additional plus points in the film. Our personal thanks to Director Sasi for giving a clean feel-good movie.(more)
