Sawaari is a decent movie for the budget in which it was made. Fairly engaging crime thriller!

TM Karthik stands out with his performance. His characterization is the biggest plus for the film. He is one of the underrated actors. The director has to be lauded in not being given a typical typecast role for him and extracting his potential to the fullest. Karthik Yogi does a decent job as the car driver. Vishal Chandrasekhars background score is one of the standout points of the film. His music is the soul of Sawaari.(more)

Not enough thrills, not enough laughs

The same problems with consistency creep in here too. Solomon is a serious cop, who has a job to do urgently. At the end, hes reduced to a parody its just like the villain who's on the road, begging passerbys to help him. Towards the end, many people die and there's a lot of commotion, but none of it seems to matter as Sawaari suffers from the same problem as Solomon's gun for a major part of the film. It never really fires.(more)
