Oka Manasu movie starts with Naga shourya and Niharikas Love story. Niharika (as sandhay) is a doctor and Naga Shourya (as surya) is a politician. Rao Ramesh is the father of Naga Shourya, is a small time politician with an aspiration to have his son succeed as an MLA. Surya is doign settlements for the sake of money and he plays a typical telugu movie politician role in this film. Sandhya expresses her feelings and concerns with him regarding his risky life, but he neglet her concerns. One day Surya kidnaps a relative of the hom ministers during a settlement . With this incident he was arrested and later he gets a temporary bail, he returns home and live together with Niharika (Sandhay). Surya gets confused to decide whether he would like to stay with Sandhay or he would like to do a settlements as a politicians son. what happend next ? what decision was made by surya ?
