Entertaining and enlivening
A swift screenplay with all the commercial ingredients in right proportions makes the movie engrossing. Yuvan Shankar's excellent music combined with gritty visuals by Nirav Shah is yet another highlight of the movie. Vishnuvardhan shows promise in keeping the tempo alive and knows what to infuse when and how.(more)

Neat job
"Arindhum Ariyamalum" has all the ingredients: A plausible story, a strong theme and stimulating music. Director Vishnuvardhan has done a neat job. There are certainly some gray spots, but much of that could be overlooked because of the vibrant performance of Prakash Raj and Arya. Added to this, some hilarious comedy moments, well chosen sound track from Yuvan Shankar Raja, and the gorgeous back drop provided by Nirav Shah come together to make the movie complete. (more)

Worth watching
The film, which is presented in style, has the right mix of emotions, humor, romance and action to make it a good entertainer. Director Visnuvardhan has woven a good screenplay. He has etched the central characters in depth and this makes the film stand apart from others. On the whole, the film is worth watching.(more)
