Kangana Ranaut's 'Queen' to be dubbed in French

Vikas Bahl’s ‘Queen’ (2013) with film star Kangana Ranaut in the lead role and Lisa Haydon and Rajkummar Rao in supporting role had received immense accolades and turned into a huge blockbuster hit. The film would soon be dubbed in French taking into consideration its popularity and success worldwide.

As per sources, it was revealed that since the major portion of the film was shot in Paris, it is considered to be a wise idea to put out a dubbed French version of the film. The movie ‘Queen’ was all about the life of a Delhi girl Rani who belonged to a conservative Punjabi family, and she was ditched by her fiancé before the wedding could take place. She embarks on her honeymoon to Paris and Amsterdam after the marriage gets cancelled.

Apparently, Lisa Haydon, who plays the role of Kangana’s ’friend, Vijayalakshmi in the film is all prepped up to dub in French in her own voice, however, a French dubbing artist with a voice close to Kangana is being searched.
