'Thuppakki' songs update
The recently released First Look of Thuppakki has created a lot of buzz among the audience with Vijay sporting a completely new look. The expectations seem to have grown multifold after the poster release. Major portions of the film has been shot except for the songs.
Harris Jayaraj is said to have composed 4 songs and 2 songs have been recorded. 2 songs are yet to be composed. Vijay has sung a rocking party number which was penned by Madhan Karky. Vijay, Kajal Agarwal play the lead roles. The film is directed by A.R. Murugadoss and cinematography by Santhosh Sivan.

Dayanidhi Azhagiri begins a new production company!!!
Dayanidhi Azhagiri who has produced and distributed notable Tamil films through his 'Cloud Nine Movies' has started a new company 'Meeka Entertainments'. Dayanidhi who is excited about his new venture had tweeted, "The new company's perspective is going to be much broader in in terms of entertainment , media and communications.". He had however assured that his production house 'Cloud Nine Movies' will continue to produce films as before.
The company's first project will be a joint venture with Vetrimaran's 'Grass Root Films'. Siddharth to play the lead and direction by Manikandan. Vetrimaran takes care of the story, screenplay and dialogues. Cinematography by Velraj.
Sada to do an item song with Vishal
Sada who had acted in notable films like 'Anniyan' and 'Unnale Unnale' couldn't make a mark in Kollywood. The actor has taken a different route this time and will appear with Vishal in an item song. She has been denying offers to do item songs since long. Sada has agreed to do the song as it is not a typical item song and differs in the way it would be picturised.
The song is to be shot for Vishal's upcoming film 'Madha Gaja Raja' with Sundar C. Vishal plays a triple role in the film and Karthika has been roped in as the female lead.
Deepika's classical dance in Kochadaiyaan
Deepika Padukone who couldn't make it up for the first schedule in London joined the Kochadaiyaan team in Kerala for the second schedule. Major portions involving her were shot in this schedule. A classical dance sequence was shot with Superstar and Deepika.
The actress who is trained in classical dance is said to have performed the traditional dance moves at ease. The song composed by A.R. Rahman was choreographed by Saroj Khan. The dance sequence was shot in two days after 3 days of rehearsal. Deepika and Soundarya seemed to have bonded well during the shooting and were all praise for each other after their return.
