Vikram in double role?

Vikram playing the role of a powerful cop in Thandavam directed by A.L. Vijay is a known news. The latest we hear is that Vikram plays a double role in the film. He plays a blind man and also the cop. The team has kept the news about Vikram playing a blind man under wraps. The film is a slick action entertainer which will showcase Vikram in an entirely new avatar. 

The film is currently being shot in London. Jagapathi Babu, Anushka, Amy Jackson  and Lakshmi Rai play important roles. The film is produced by UTV and music by G.V. Prakash. 

Samaran is now 'Samar'

Samaran is now 'Samar'

The title of Vishal's upcoming film 'Samaran'  directed by Thiru of 'Theeradha Vilayattu Pillai' fame has now been changed to 'Samar' which means 'The War'. Trisha and Sunaina play the lead roles and this is the first time Vishal and Trisha have play the lead pair.

The film is to be wrapped soon. The last schedule of the film is being shot in Thailand and will be completed by the end of this month. Music has been scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja. A single track from the film is likely to be released next month.

Vishal's next film is 'MGR'

Vishal and Sundar C will join hands on a new project which has been titled 'Madha Gaja Raja' or MGR on short. Karthika to play the lead role. Sundar C has wrapped up his current film 'Kalakalappu' which is set to release on May 11. Vishal is currently shooting for Samaran which is to be wrapped by the end of this month. The film is expected to begin after the completion of the projects.

Siva Karthikeyan and Dhanush again

Siva Karthikeyan who stole the show in first half of '3' with his witty one liners is to team up with Dhanush again for a new film. Siva Karthikeyan will play the lead in film to be produced by Dhanush's 'Wunderbar Films'. The film is to be directed by Senthil, an assistant of Vetrimaran.

Siva plays the lead in 'Manam Kothi Paravai' and plays a pivotal role in 'Irandam Ulagam' directed by Selvaragavan with Arya and Anushka in the leads.

Delhi Belly (Tamil) all set to roll!

The shooting of the Tamil remake of the blockbuster film 'Delhi Belly' will go on floors from May 7. The film stars Arya, Hansika, Anjali, Santhanam and Premgi Amaren in lead roles and directed by Kannan of 'Kanden Kadhalai' fame. UTV is producing the film.

The title of the film is yet to be freezed. Three titles 'Settai', 'Vai Raja Vai' and 'Varutha Padatha Valibar Sangam' are being considered, out of which one is to be finalised soon.
