OKOK SWOT Analysis

OKOK is all set to release this week with Udhay making an entry as a full-fledged actor with strong support from Santhanam and Director Rajesh. Let us see how the stars are lining up for the movie

Strength

• Santhanam appears to be the primary hero of the movie and expected to carry the movie
• With the success of SMS and BeB, Director Rajesh is the most bankable comedy director in the industry
• Harris Jayaraj's music. There may be divided opinions on the songs. But, the fact is that the movie has created enough buzz because of Harris' music with radio channels continuously playing it.
• Teasers and Trailers have caught film-goers attention and creating some positive vibes.

Weakness

• Udhay Stalin comedy timing (?) is still a wild-card. Based on the trailers, it appears that Udhay is not completely natural when compared to Santhanam. Comedy being a difficult genre for any actor, it will be interesting to see whether Udhay will be able to engage the audience with his comic timing.

Opportunity

• 3's collapse has helped OKOK get more shows
• No big movies in sight until end of May will be favorable for OKOK BO.

Threat

• IPL matches could take away some of the attention away from the movie
