The cast for the remake of the super hit Hindi film 'Delhi Belly' is almost finalised. Its finally Arya and Hansika who will play the lead roles in the film. Santham and Premgi Amaren will play as Arya's friends. Anjali has been roped in for a pivotal role. The film is to be directed by Kannan of 'Kanden Kadhalai' fame.

UTV which produced the film in Hindi is remaking the film in Tamil. Delhi Belly was highly criticized for the use of foul language. The tamil version is said to have a modified script with a lot of changes to suit the Tamil audience. Hansika has agreed about the offer in the film and is expected to sign on the dotted line soon. Hansika is eagerly awaiting the release of Oru Kal Oru Kannadi directed by Rajesh.

Maatraan

Maatraan is the most anticipated movie starring Surya and Kajal Agarwal starring K.V. Anand. The film shooting is currently in progress and is expected to hit the screens at the end of June or beginning of July. Surya is buzzed to sport different roles in the film. A short teaser of the film is to be released soon for Tamil New Year. Editor Anthony is said to have been working on the short teaser.

Mugamoodi

Jiiva's 'Mugamoodi' directed by Mysskin is being shot mostly in the nights owing to its superhero theme. The film is being shot in Triplicane area. Jiiva is said to be shooting with his superhero costume and mask. The film's genre and Jiiva's new look seems to have caught up with the people where the film is currently being shot.

Huge crowd of spectators are said to gather around the shooting spot even at late nights and are excited in catching up the scenes with their mobiles and cameras. The current schedule is expected to be wrapped by mid April. The director is also planning to release a teaser featuring Jiiva and Narain who plays the baddie, by the end of April.
