Thuppakki 'First Look'
The most awaited 'First Look' poster of Vijay's 'Thuppakki' is expected to be released on Tamil New Year. Santosh Sivan is said to have made a exclusive photoshoot of Vijay for the first look. The first look was earlier buzzed to be released on completion of the first schedule of the movie. Since the shooting got delayed due to TFPC- FEFSI strike the first look is yet to be released and the second schedule of the film is under progress. The shooting of the film is currently being shot in Bangkok and the schedule is expected to be wrapped on April 3.
Songs update
Thuppakki songs to be released in June. The mastering of the tracks is expected to start around May and might be done in Spain. Music by Harris Jayaraj.
Kochadaiyaan Shooting Spot
Kochadaiyaan shooting is happening at Pinewood Studios in London. Pinewood Studios is a major film studio in London where most of the James Bond films were shot. Kochadaiyaan team had left to London for a 20 days shoot. The shooting is progressing at a brisk pace. The Telugu rights of the film is said to have been sold for 30 crores.
OKOK release?
The release date of 'Oru Kal Oru Kannadi' starring Udayanidhi Stalin, Hansika and Santhanam directed by Rajesh is yet to be finalised. The film had recently cleared the censors with an 'U' certificate. Harris Jayaraj is currently working on the background score of the film. The team is currently awaiting the final copy of the movie.
Director Rajesh to start working on the script of 'All in All Azhaguraja' starring Karthi after the release of Oru Kal Oru Kannadi.
Santhosh Sivan's 'Urumi' in Tamil
Santosh Sivan's magnum opus historical Malayalam flick 'Urumi' is to be released in Tamil as Padhinaintham Nootrandin Uraivaal. Producer Thaanu has bought the worldwide rights of the film and planned to release the movie on a grand scale. The movie featured an ensemble cast of Prithiviraj, Prabhu Deva, Arya, Madrasapattinam Alex, Genelia, Vidya Balan, Nithya Menon and Tabu. Sasikumran is said to have penned the dialogues in Tamil and ace lyricist Vairamuthu has penned all the lyrics for all the songs. Music by Deepak Dev.
Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom Trailer
Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom directed by debutant Balaji is inspired from a real-life incident. The film deals with short term memory loss, and has been said in a humorous tone. Vijay Setupathi of ‘Thenmerku Paruvakkatru’ fame and new face Gayathri play the lead roles. A R Rahman's associate Ved Shanker has composed the music for this film.
