Vijay - Action Unlimited!

Director AL Vijay who has signed a film with Vijay is said to have completed the script for the new project. The film will be an out-and-out action entertainer and is expected to kickstart in June. G.V. Prakash to score the music for this untitled venture. The other cast and crew is yet to be finalized. 

A.L. Vijay is currently shooting for Thandavam starring Vikram, Anushka and Amy Jackson. Vijay is currently busy shooting for Thuppaki which is also an action oriented flick directed by A.R. Murugadoss. 

Vijay is also set to work with Gautham Menon for Yohan, another action film which is buzzed to go on floors in July. Vijay is gearing up to storm his audience with all high action movies in the pipeline.

Aascar films to rope in Salman Khan!

Aascar Films is set to begin a mega budget project with Jackie Chan which is buzzed to be a sequel of Jackie Chan's superhit film 'Armour of God'. The story is said to revolve around a global theme. The film is to be produced at a high budget of around 400 crores.

A Bollywood star and a Kollywood star are to be roped in to share space with the International icon Jackie Chan. Salman Khan is likely to be roped in the project. According to sources, talks are on with Salman Khan and the actor is yet to give a final nod. The next big question is the Kollywood Top star who would be part of this mega project. Big names like Rajini and Kamal are being speculated for this role. The cast for the film is to be finalized soon and an official announcement is awaited.

Will Sneha do Vidya Bagchi of Kahaani?

Vidya Balan's 'Kahaani' is the latest sensational movie rocking at the box office. The latest buzz is that the film is to be remade in Tamil and Sneha to reprise the role of Vidya Balan. Vidya Balan's performance as Vidya Bagchi, a pregnant woman, who is in search of her husband, has been highly appreciated by many.

The film being a women-centric subject, Sneha is touted to be the best bet to portray the strong heroine oriented role. The news about Sneha doing 'Kahaani' remake catching up all over K-Town, the actress is said to have refuted it as rumour. The actress who was bowled over by Vidya's acting in the film would have loved to do one but she was never approached by anybody regarding the film.

STR is currently busy shooting for Vettaimannan, a gangster flick. Hansika and Deeksha Seth play the lead roles. The first half of the film is almost nearing completion and the team is set to go to Brazil for the next schedule. The film is said to be the biggest budget film in STR's career. The film is directed by Nelson and Yuvan does the music score.
