Vijay to start his own production house under the name 'Ghilli Films' is the latest buzz spinning around K-Town. The first film from the production house would be the remake of the yesteryear blockbuster movie 'Sattam Oru Irutarai' which was directed by S.A. Chandrasekar starring Vijayakanth and Poornima. Veteran actor Prabhu's son Vikram Prabhu and 'Ko' fame Karthika are buzzed to play the lead roles. The film is to be directed by debutant director Ramesh.

However, another source has said that the movie is to be remade by S.A. Chandrasekar himself and the cast is yet to be finalized. Leaving behind the speculations on the cast and crew of the first film, wishing good luck and success to Vijay on his new venture!

Surya and Karthi will be the Chief Guests for the audio launch of Oru Kal Oru Kannadi on March 5. The Audio CD of OKOK to be released by Surya and the trailer by Karthi. Oru Kal Oru Kannadi starring Udayanidhi Stalin and Hansika is directed by Rajesh of 'Siva Manasula Sakthi' and 'Boss Engira Bhaskaran' fame. Santham plays an important role in the film. This film marks the debut of Udayanidhi as an actor. Harris Jayaraj has done the music score. 

The OKOK team has currently left to Rameshwaram to complete the shoot of the last song of the film. Dinesh Master is said to choreograph the song.
