Kamal's magnum opus 'Vishwaroopam' is looking for a way to see its release in Hollywood. Kamal Haasan is said to be in talks with the Warner Bros to release the film in Hollywood. The reason attributed is its core theme revolving around terrorism, a critical issue, threatening the whole world.

Pooja Kumar and Andrea play lead roles. Shekar Kapur plays a pivotal role. Rahul Bose plays the baddie in the film. Music by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.

Deepika Padukone the female lead in Superstar's Kochadaiyaan is said to sport a tanned look in the film. The buzz is that the skin tone of the dusky dame would be darkened digitally to match with the skin tone of Rajni for the pair to have a striking appearance on screen without overshadowing each other. News doing the rounds that the actress was in town recently for this new makeover, Soundarya the director of the film had denied the news as false. She said that Deepika had been called for a discussion for the movie. 

Kochadaiyaan is a 3D animation to be made with the motion capture technology. Buzz is Soundarya plans to dub this mega buget film in Malayalam and Telugu as well. The film has a huge star cast of notable stars like Sarath Kumar, Jackie Shroff, Shobana. Aadhi and Rukmini Vijayakumar have been roped in to play pivotal roles. A. R. Rahman does the music score.
