The first schedule of Vikram's 'Thaandavam' directed by A.L. Vijay having been wrapped, the team is set to shoot its next schedule in U.S. Vikram - A.L. Vijay combo have joined hands again after 'Deiva Thirumagal'. Anushka Shetty and Amy Jackson play the female leads. Tollywood actor Jagapathi Babu plays a significant role in the film. The film is touted to be a sleekly packed action movie.

G.V. Prakash does the music score and 2 songs have been composed so far. The first song composed for the film has a new singer Vandana Srinivasan rendering her voice. UTV Motion Pictures is producing this film.

Lingusamy to team up with Kolaveri star

Dhanush is buzzed to join hands with 'Engeyum Eppodum' director Saravanan for a new project to be produced by Lingusamy. Lingusamy to produce the film under his Thirupathi Brothers banner. The project is yet to be finalised and an official confirmation is awaited. Dhanush is working hard for the release of his film '3' which is expected to hit the screens in March or April.

Amala Paul has all the more reasons to be excited as two of her films 'Muppozhudum Un Karpanaigal' with Atharva and 'Kadalil Soddapuvadhu Yeppadi' with Siddharth are set to release this Valentine's weekend on February 17. Interestingly both the films fall under the romantic genre!
