'Maatraan' Audio Rights

Surya’s Maatraan directed by K.V. Anand is creating a big bang from the day of its announcement. There is almost a big fight to acquire the movie rights, audio rights, satellite rights and what not. The latest buzz is Sony Music South is said to have snapped the audio rights of the film. It is reported that there was a tough competition between the audio companies for the music rights of the movie. According to sources, recording of 3 tracks have been completed for the movie. Harris Jayaraj does the music score for the film.
Delay in 3, Saguni Release?

The eagerly awaited films, Dhanush’s ‘3’ and Karthi’s ‘Saguni’ are slated for a February release. Buzz is the movie release may be pushed to April in par with Tamil Film Producers Council (TFPC) latest stand on ‘Big’ film releases. The council had earlier announced that big films will release only on five days for Pongal, Tamil New Year, May Day, Independence Day and Deepavali.
The decision was made in order to facilitate small films to get their quantum of recognition by providing enough screen space and playing time. With expectations for both the movies being high, will it hit the screens as planned or further get delayed?

Dhoni ‘Audio’ Launch
Tamil audio of ‘Dhoni’ to be launched on 28th January at a live orchestra conducted by Maestro Ilayaraja, the event being the first of its kind. Dhoni directed by Prakash Raj is a bilingual in Tamil and Telugu. The movie revolves around the conflicts of interests between a father and son. Telugu audio of the film to be released on 30th January. The movie is slated for a February release.
