Sidharth Malhotra signed by Karan Johar and Farhan Akhtar for a new film

Sidharth Malhotra's last outing "Ek Villain" crossed 100 crore mark at the Box Office. The 'Student of the Year' actor has been signed by Excel Entertainment for a yet-to-be-titled film. The film will be co-produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani's Excel Entertainment and Johar's Dharma Production.

The film will be directed by Nitya Mehra and will be a love story with a time traveller twist in it. The film will go on floors in April 2015. The leading lady of the film is yet to be finalised.

Sidharth is currently working with Akshay Kumar in the official remake of the Hollywood film "Warriors". The Hindi version of the film has been titled as "Brothers" and it is being produced by Dharma Productions. Siddharth has also signed Vikramaditya Motwane's "Bhavesh Joshi".
