Varun Dhawan shoots in Nashik jail for Badlapur

Varun Dhawan is happy with the success of his latest outing 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania'. The film is having a good run at the Box Office. HSKD has earned 75.37 crores so far. It has surpassed the collections of Varun Dhawan's earlier films 'Student of the Year' as well as 'Main Tera Hero'.

Varun Dhawan has started shooting for his next film Badlapur. For a particular sequence, Varun had to shoot in Nashik jail in a scene where he meets the women convicts from the jail. The scene was shot over two days and Nawazuddin Siddiqui was also a part of it. The film, which is a dark thriller, revolves around violence and sex. Previously, it was also reported that Sriram made Varun shoot a scene in a morgue full of dead corpses.

Badlapur is an upcoming action-thriller film directed by Sriram Raghavan and produced by Saif Ali Khan through Illuminati Films. It stars Varun Dhawan, Huma Qureshi, Radhika Apte, Yami Gautam and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
