Karthi's villain in Komban

Karthi is all set to begin shoot for his next film after Madras. The film tentatively titled Kombam will be directed by Muthaiah of Kutti Puli fame. Lakshmi Menon will play the female lead. Popular Stunt choreographer Super Subbarayan has been roped in as the villain in Komban. 

Kombam is a rural film set in the backdrop of Ramanathapuram. Major portions of the film will be shot in Ramanathapuram. Karthi will be sporting a raw and rustic look in this film similar to his debut film Paruthiveeran. Raj Kiran plays a pivotal role as Karthi's father-in-law. Yuvan will be scoring the music. The film is expected to go on floors soon.
