Veteran director Mahendran and Ilayaraja team up!
Veteran director Mahendran who has directed films like Mullum Malarum, Uthiripookkal, Nenjathai Killathe and Johnny is set to wield the megaphone for a new project. Ilayaraja will be scoring the music for this untitled project. Ilayaraja and Mahendran are teaming up for the twelfth time. The film will star newcomers in the lead roles. The movie is based on short story from writer Puthumai Pithan.

Sivappu Enakku Pidikum Trailer
Director Youreka of Madurai Sambhavam fame has directed Sivappu Enakku Pidikum. The story is about a teenage girl Mahima who ends up entering into prostitution as a result of her love affair. Sandra Amy has played the lead role of Mahina in the movie.
Godzilla Trailer
The trailer of Godzilla reboot has been released. The film retells the origin of Godzilla in contemporary times as a "terrifying force of nature". The film is directed by Gareth Edwards. It stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Bryan Cranston and Ken Watanabe. The film is scheduled to be released on May 16, 2014 in 2D and 3D.
