Dhanush and Amala Paul are playing the lead roles in Cinematographer Velraj's debut directorial venture titled 'Velai Illa Pattathari' (VIP). The film shooting is progressing at a brisk pace and is in the final stages of shoot. Audio is set to release on February 14, 2014.

VIP marks Dhanush's 25th film. The film is reportedly a comedy on rising unemployment and the growing frustration among the youth. It is produced by Dhanush's Wunderbar films. Dhanush is releasing the audio through his own music label Wunderbar Studios.
