The first look of Texla, directed by Aishwarya Rajinikanth, has been unveiled. The film stars Jai and Suraj Venjaramoodu in the lead roles. The project was formally launched with a pooja ceremony in Chennai on Friday.

Produced by Kannan Ravi under the KRG Group banner, Texla is said to be set in a rural backdrop from decades ago and will revolve around the world of children. Yuvan Shankar Raja will compose the music, marking his second collaboration with Aishwarya after Vai Raja Vai.

Aishwarya made her directorial debut with 3, starring Dhanush and Shruti Haasan. She later directed Lal Salaam, which featured Rajinikanth in a special appearance.

Texla is planned as a pan-Indian release in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. Further details about the film’s extended cast and crew are expected to be announced soon.
