Sivakarthikeyan’s future slate is beginning to firm up, with multiple projects at different stages of development. His next film, tentatively titled SK26, will be directed by Thaai Kizhavi filmmaker Sivakumar Murugesan. The rural entertainer, set against a Madurai backdrop, is being produced by Kamal Haasan’s RKFI following the success of Amaran. A first look and promo are currently being readied, with a pre-announcement expected around February 15.

Following this, SK27 is likely to be helmed by Parking director Ramkumar, in line with his prior commitment to Passion Studios. An official confirmation on the project is awaited.

Meanwhile, SK28, which marks Sivakarthikeyan’s collaboration with Venkat Prabhu, will be produced by Sathya Jyothi Films. The film has seen a slight delay in pre-production, with plans underway to commence shooting alongside either SK26 or SK27.
