Vijay Sethupathi plays a lower middle-class man in Gandhi Talks, whose decency and emotional sincerity are constantly tested by everyday survival. His romance with his neighbour Aditi Rao Hydari, unfolds in the margins of scarcity, shared looks, unspoken promises, and the ache of uncertainty.
