Thandakaaranyam OTT Release Date

Thandakaaranyam, starring Dinesh and Kalaiyarasan, is now streaming on Prime Video after its theatrical release on September 19, 2025. This Tamil action thriller, directed by Athiyan Athirai and produced by Pa. Ranjith’s Neelam Productions, blends social and political themes while focusing on the struggles of hill tribes along with a love story.

The lead roles are played by Dinesh (as Sadaiyan) and Kalaiyarasan (as Murugan), with support from Riythvika, Vinsu Sam, Shabeer Kallarakkal, Bala Saravanan, Aruldoss, and Saranya Ravichandran. The film features music by Justin Prabhakaran, cinematography by Pratheep Kaliraja, and editing by Selva RK. It is available to watch on Prime Video, and also offered for rent and purchase on Amazon Video, while Simply South began streaming it for international audiences from October 20, 2025.
