Director Lokesh Kanagaraj is all set to make his acting debut in a high-octane action drama directed by Matheswaran and backed by Sun Pictures. The filmmaker has reportedly undergone intense martial arts training abroad to prepare for his rugged role.

Adding to the excitement, Wamiqa Gabbi has been roped in as the female lead, marking her Tamil debut alongside Lokesh. The film, said to be a raw gangster action story with Venkat Arun’s stylised realism, is progressing briskly and is expected to wrap by January.
