Vijay starrer Jana Nayagan directed by H Vinoth is set to release on January 9, 2026 for Pongal, and the movie's makers KVN Productions were last in talks with Sun TV for the film's satellite rights sale. However latest update is that Jana Nayagan's satellite rights has been acquired by the Zee Network, especially the Zee Tamizh TV channel for the Tamil language version of the film. 

Jana Nayagan also stars Pooja Hegde, Bobby Deol, Mamitha Baiju, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Prakash Raj, Priyamani, among others. The movie has Anirudh Ravichander for music, Sathyan Sooryan for cinematography, Pradeep E Ragav for edits. 

Jana Nayagan's OTT rights are with the Amazon Prime Video streaming platform.
