Cameras Roll In New York - Siddharth Begins Shooting For Unaccustomed Earth Netflix Series

Netflix has started filming its new series "Unaccustomed Earth" starring Siddharth and Freida Pinto. Inspired by Jhumpa Lahiri’s stories, the show explores love, longing, and identity in an Indian American community.

This is Siddharth’s first international series, backed by Netflix and Warner Bros., marking a milestone for Indian talent on the global stage.

Filming began in September 2025 and will run through the year, with Ritesh Batra directing and Madhuri Shekar writing the eight-episode drama.
