Prabhudeva and Vadivelu Reunite for New Tamil Action-Adventure Film

The iconic Prabhudeva & Vadivelu duo is reuniting for a new Tamil film, with a puja ceremony recently held in Dubai. This marks nearly 25 years since their memorable collaborations in the industry. The film is directed by Sam Rodrigues and produced by Kannan Ravi under KRG Productions, with Deepak Ravi as co-producer. Yuvan Shankar Raja will compose the music, while Vignesh Vasu handles cinematography, Peter Hein choreographs the action, and Antony is in charge of editing.

The movie is described as a full-fledged action-adventure combining the classic comedy and action elements that fans love from the Prabhudeva-Vadivelu duo. Bablu Prithiviraj joins the cast in a pivotal role. The shoot is expected to begin in November 2025 and be completed in a single schedule. The pooja event was attended by industry figures including Subaskaran of Lyca Productions, actor Jiiva, Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green, and director Nitish Sahadev, highlighting the film’s high profile.
