Actor Vijay Antony is all set for his next release Maargan, which is a crime thriller hitting theater screens on June 27, 2025. Produced by his home banner Vijay Antony Film Corporation, Maargan has now had its first 6 minutes released in a video on Vijay Antony's official YouTube channel. 

Maargan is written and directed by Leo John Paul, and the film's first 6 minutes video suggests that Vijay Antony plays a cop named Dhruv, who looses his grown-up daughter to a brutally planned murder. However when the serial killer replicates his murder in Chennai, Vijay Antony travels from Mumbai to prevent other young girls from getting targetted. 

Maargan has music by Vijay Antony, cinematography by Yuva S, and stars debutant Ajay Dhishan as the villain. Samuthirakani, Brigida, Deepshikha, Mahanathi Shankar, Vinodh Sagar, among others play important roles in the movie.
