Suriya 46 Officially Launched with Grand Pooja Ceremony in Hyderabad

Suriya’s 46th film was officially launched today with a traditional pooja ceremony in Hyderabad. The film is written and directed by Venky Atluri and is set to be a stylish heist noir thriller, releasing in March 2026.Mamitha Baiju joins Suriya in a key role, while G.V. Prakash Kumar will compose the music.

Director Venky Atluri, known for films like Lucky Bhaskar and Vaathi, shared that this project will offer a gripping, intense cinematic experience with strong noir elements.

He added,

“I’m aiming for a Ghajini Sanjay-like role for Suriya. It will be a layered and intense performance.”

With a talented team and fresh concept, Suriya 46 is already one of the most awaited films of 2026.
