The movie is written and directed by Sri Ganesh of 8 Thottakkal (2017), Kuruthi Aattam (2022) fame, and marks Sarath Kumar-Devayani's reunion after movies like Samasthanam (2002), Thenkasi Pattanam (2002), Paattaali (1999), Oruvan (1999), and Surya Vamsam (1997).
