Teaser of Detective Ujjwalan Unveiled; Dhyan Sreenivasan Shines as a Quirky Investigator

The teaser of Detective Ujjwalan has been released, offering a glimpse into an entertaining mix of comedy and suspense. Dhyan Sreenivasan plays the role of Ujjwalan, an offbeat private investigator taking on a mysterious murder case that could reshape his career.

Set in the fictional village of Plaachikkaavu, the story follows Ujjwalan as he matches wits with a clever adversary in a thrilling cat-and-mouse game.

The film marks the directorial debut of Indraneel Gopeekrishnan and Rahul G., and is produced by Weekend Blockbusters, the banner behind popular films like Minnal Murali and RDX. Detective Ujjwalan is currently in post-production and is expected to release in May 2025.

The technical team features Prem Akkattu and Sraiyanti as cinematographers, Chaman Chacko as editor, and Rzee handling the music.

The cast also includes Siju Wilson, Kottayam Nazeer, Rony David Raj, Seema G. Nair, Nirmal Palazhi, Kalabhavan Navas, along with several popular social media personalities making their big-screen debut.
