Pushpa 2 actor Allu Arjun, and two other accused in the Sandhya Theater stampede case have been granted bail by the Telangana High court. The interim bail was granted subject to the execution of personal bond of Rs. 50,000.

Additional conditions for bail include Allu Arjun to appear before the jail superintendent to execute bonds, co-operate, and not interfere with the ongoing investigation, or influence witnesses. 

Telugu media reports that Allu Arjun's producer father Allu Arvind waited for 4-5 hours at the Chanchalguda central jail to take Allu Arjun home. However, mistakes in the interim bail copy has resulted in officers not accepting it, and Allu Arjun will be spending the December 13 Friday night at jail.

Telugu media also says that police officers are making all arrangements to provide Class-1 barrack i.e. VVIP treatment, to Allu Arjun. The Pushpa 2 actor is expected to be released from prison at 6 AM on December 14, 2024 (Saturday).
