Tamil director Atlee has long been in the works of beginning a Hindi movie with Bollywood star Salman Khan. This film has been buzzed to be two-hero subject, and after Rajinikanth, now Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan's name is being associated with the project.

Reportedly, Salman Khan okayed the final script of Atlee's a few weeks ago, and they intend on beginning production by January, 2025. Pre-production is expected to begin by October, 2024.

Salman Khan is currently working with another Tamil director, A.R. Murugadoss on a Bollywood film titled Sikandar. Star actor Kamal Haasan is expected to join the Salman Khan-Atlee movie post Thug Life (with Mani Ratnam) and Indian 3 (with director Shankar).
