Indian 2 starring Kamal Haasan in the lead is an upcoming Shankar directed vigilante action, that is all set for a worldwide release on July 12, 2024. The movie, a sequel to Shankar directed blockbuster hit Indian (1996), also starring Kamal Haasan in the lead, is set years after the first film, and sees the return of Kamal Haasan as Senapathy, a former freedom fighter turned vigilante.

Indian 2 bookings have now opened worldwide, and tickets are available to be booked in advance, across Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada languages. 

A Lyca Productions venture, Indian 2 comes with an ensemble of starry names. The movie has Anirudh Ravichander for music.
