Malayalam language folk-horror film Bramayugam starring Mammootty in the lead is an experimental black and white movie that released in theaters on February 15, 2024. The movie is now all set for a digital premiere, and Sony LIV has officially announced Bramayugam's OTT release date as March 15, 2024 [Friday].

Bramayugam will be available to stream in Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu and Kannada languages. A production venture of Night Shift Studios and YNOT Studios, Bramayugam is written and directed by Rahul Sadasivan.

The movie set in 17th century, has Mammootty playing an anti-hero character named Kodumon Potti. Bramayugam cast also includes Arjun Ashokan as Thevan, a court singer, Sidharth Bharathan as Kodumon Potti's cook, Amalda Liz as Yakshi and Manikandan R. Achari as Koran, Thevan's friend. 

Bramayugam comes with a runtime of 139 minutes, and its technical crew includes Christo Xavier for music, Shehnad Jalal for cinematography and Shafique Mohammed Ali for edits.
