Sundar C's plan for Kalakalappu 2
Kalakalappu starring Shiva, Vimal, Anjali, Oviya and Santhanam is a comedy entertainer directed by Sundar C. The film hit the screens in May 2012. It was produced by UTV and Khusboo Sundar. Sundar C is likely to do a sequel to this film. Shiva will be playing the lead role again in the sequel Kalakalappu 2. The film will start rolling in January. The rest of the cast and crew are yet to be finalised.
Sundar C is currently busy with his psychological thriller 'Aranmanai' starring Hansika, Lakshmi Rai, Andrea, Kovai Sarala, Vinay and Nithin Sathya. The film shooting is progressing at a brisk pace. The 'TVSK' director might begin work on Kalakalappu sequel after wrapping Aranmanai.

Malini 22 Palayamkottai December release
Malini 22 Palayamkottai is a remake of the Malayalam revenge thriller 22 Female Kottayam (2012) directed by Aashiq Abu. The film starring Nithya Menen, Krish J. Sathaar and Naresh is written and directed by Sripriya. The post production work of the film is currently in progress. The film is slated for Decemeber release and will release in both Tamil and Telugu simultaneously. The film is produced by Sripriya's husband Rajkumar Sethupathy.
Nayan joins Simbu in December
Simbu and Nayanthara will be playing the lead roles in Simbu - Pandiraj film. The film is an urban romantic comedy revolving around IT firm. The portions involving Simbu and Soori have been shot in the first schedule. Scenes involving Simbu and Nayanthara will be shot in December. Simbu had recently wrapped a major schedule of the film. Produced by Simbu, Kuralarasan will be scoring the music.
Dhokha Dhadi Song from R... Rajkumar
R... Rajkumar starring Shahid Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha is a mass action entertainer directed by Prabhu Deva. The film is set to hit the screens on December 6.
