[Updated: October 25, 2023] The release of Vijay starrer Leo on October 19, 2023 [Thursday] confirmed that this latest Lokesh Kanagaraj directorial is indeed part of his franchise known as the LCU [Lokesh Cinematic Universe]. While Karthi starrer Kaithi (2019) and Kamal Haasan starrer Vikram (2022) revolved around busting a drugs nexus, Leo was a little different in terms of being connected to this whole illegal business.
