Ahimsa Entertainment, distributors of Leo in UK announced last evening (in IST) that advance bookings for Leo tickets were open in the region. Leo starring Vijay in the lead is scheduled to release in theaters worldwide on October 19, 2023 and making the tickets available for grabs a whole 6 weeks earlier seems like a clever move from the distributors. 

Not only is Leo one of the highly anticipated Tamil films of 2023, Vijay fans are also enthusiastic about helping the film set record numbers at the box-office. With such hype around, Ahimsa Entertainment has fully capitalized on the Leo buzz by opening advance bookings even if its just in an overseas region. 

As a result, Leo is off to a record start with the film doing £ 100K (Rs. 1.03 Cr.) in advance sales, 41 days ahead of the movie's release.
