Mari Selvaraj directed Maamannan starring Udhayanidhi Stalin, Vadivelu, Fahadh Faasil, Keerthy Suresh among others is gearing up for a first single release. Composed by AR Rahman, Maamannan first single is titled Raasa Kannu and has been sung by Vadivelu. The audio number will be out today at 5 PM on Sony Music South's YouTube channel [Keep watching this space for the video].

Udhayanidhi Stalin's Red Giant Movies is the banner producing Maamannan  and the film's release date is said to be June 29, 2023 around Bakrid [official announcement awaited]. Netflix holds the OTT rights to this movie, and Kalaignar TV holds the satellite rights.
